We are pleased to negotiate fees for all valuations depending upon the area, complexity and total of the valuation. We normally quote (without charge or obligation) a fee based on a percentage with a fixed maximum. Thus clients know the maximum they will pay. The following is a guide only.
Valuations up to £100,000 - £1.50 per centum on the first £10,000 and 75p per centum thereafter.
Valuations from £100,001 to £1,000,000 - £1 per centum on the first £100,000 and 50p per centum thereafter.
Valuations above £1,000,000 - 50p per centum.
Minimum fee at client's premises £40.
Minimum fee at our office £25.
Note: Fees 1,2 & 3 are subject to a maximum quote for valuation considered to be in excess of £50,000.
